- Long Island Expressway (LIE) to Exit 70 South-Manorville (Alternate Route to Montauk)
- Manorville to Rt. 27 East - Sunrise Highway
- Take Sunrise Highway through Southampton. (Turn left at light when road appears to end.)
- Continue on Sunrise Highway through Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Wainscott until East Hampton Village.
- Turn left at the second light to head into the heart of East Hampton Village. You will see a pond in front of you.
- Continue in the left lane and go through the next light (intersection of Newtown Lane).
- Immediately ahead of you is a windmill with a Y-intersection. Veer left thus passing the windmill on your right.
- You are now on North Main Street.
- Continue through the next two lights.
- Stay to the left at the Y-Intersection. You are now on Three Mile Harbor Road.
- Three Mile Harbor Boat Yard is on the left immediately past the "Welcome to Springs" sign.

- At light (Getty Gas Station on the right), turn left onto Toilsome Lane.
- Cross Rt. 114.
- Road makes a sharp right and changes names to Gingerbread Lane.
- At Stop Sign, turn left onto Race Street.
- Race Street will change names to Cooper Lane (after crossing over Newtown Lane).
- Continue on Cooper Lane until it ends on Cedar Street.
- Turn right onto Cedar Street.
- Turn left onto North Main Street.
- Stay to the left at the Y-Intersection. You are now on Three Mile Harbor Road.
- Three Mile Harbor Boat Yard is on the left immediately past the "Welcome to Springs" sign.

- Take Rt. 27- Montauk Highway West.
- Turn right onto Abraham's Path.
- Follow Abraham's Path to the end - crossing over Town Lane, Accabonac Road and Springs-Fireplace Road.
- At the end, turn right onto Three Mile Harbor Road.
- Three Mile Harbor Boat Yard is on the left immediately past the "Welcome to Springs" sign.
